HPC has implemented organizational change through business process innovation, restructuring, system implementations, marketing and sales initiatives and mergers and acquisitions for the last fifteen years.

HPC team members hold professional and academic certifications including M.A., MBA, PharmD, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), MBTI, Organizational Development, Assertiveness Training, Conflict Resolution, and PMO Certification.

CEO Profile

Heinz Professional Consulting, Inc. (HPC) CEO is Effie Heinz. Effie is an experienced and influential leader who partners with executives to drive culture, develop talent capability, maximize performance business strategy and successfully implement change initiatives. She has led middle market and Fortune 500 companies, privately held and public traded organizations through business transformation.

Effie has implemented large scale change process and technology initiatives across industries including manufacturing, services, healthcare and many others over the last fifteen years with HPC and has over twenty five years management consulting experience.  Her expertise encompasses a strong knowledge of business process, cloud based solutions, enterprise technology systems including Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP as well as custom software.  Effie leads a team of professionals who share her change expertise and business acumen.

Effie worked with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting prior to starting her own business. As an Experienced Manager with the Business Consulting practice of Arthur Andersen LLP, she led teams of consultants implementing change domestically and internationally. Effie also led research efforts within Arthur Andersen focusing on organizational change and was a founding member of the team that developed the Methodologies and Tools for the Change Enablement Practice of Arthur Andersen world-wide. Prior to consulting, Effie worked with the Arthur Andersen Worldwide Training organization.

Effie holds a Coaching Certification in Executive Learning and Organizational Change with Northwestern University's Executive Learning and Organizational Change Program.  Effie attended Northern Illinois University and holds a degree in English and Human Resources.  Effie is a member of SHRM and is MBTI certified.
